Colchicine-responsive periodic fever

Familial mediterranean fever（FMF）の診療経験が全くありませんので、「Colchicineに反応する典型的なAttack」と書かれても教科書ベースの知識しかないのですが、FMF以外にColchicineに反応するPeriodic feverをご存知の先生はどなたかいらっしゃいませんでしょうか？
発熱するタイプのBehcet？ うーん･･･

よくわからない「周期的発熱」には、とりあえずColchicine、なのでしょうか。
